Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the full testing strategy
- Lead and execute integration testing
- Drive data validation activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Coordinate testing plans, environments, and schedules across internal and external teams
- Provide hands-on support, guidance, and oversight throughout all test phases
- Report on test progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
- Champion best practices in QA and continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Test Management within large-complex programmes
- Excellent understanding of data validation and migration processes
- Hands-on approach with the ability to engage at both strategic and technical levels
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation embarking on a major greenfield programme currently NDA. The client I am working with are seeking a hands-on Test Manager to take full ownership of the testing strategy and implementing a testing function whilst coordinating a 3rd partybusiness partner. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, robust system interactions, and successful delivery of the programme.
