Summary: The Test Manager will lead the testing strategy and execution for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation in London. This role involves managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure the system is validated for production deployment. The successful candidate will work onsite 2 to 3 days a week and will be responsible for overseeing various testing phases and driving test automation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for providing updates to stakeholders and mentoring testing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies aligned to programme objectives
- Overseeing all phases of testing including System Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Non-Functional Testing
- Providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders
- Driving test automation and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
- Leading hands-on test execution, defect management, and quality assurance activities
- Managing testing across complex ERP processes including P2P, O2R, R2R, Project to Profit, and Forecast to Plan
- Working across wider technology landscapes (integrations, CRM, cloud, infrastructure, digital programmes)
- Utilising tools such as Azure DevOps, test management platforms, and API testing tools
- Establishing strong test governance and QA frameworks
- Mentoring and leading testing teams
- Producing clear reporting on testing progress, KPIs, and outcomes
- Working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments

We're supporting a London-based client on a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. The successful Test Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of a new D365 F&O platform. You will take ownership of the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring the system is fully validated and ready for production deployment. The successful Test Manager will need to be onsite at the clients London offices 2/3 days per week.
