Summary: The Test Manager role based in Leeds involves leading the development and implementation of quality-first testing strategies for technology-enabled projects. This position is not focused on business-as-usual or user acceptance testing but rather on new transformations and system implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Building and owning enterprise IT Testing strategies and leading through a team of Test Analysts
- Ensuring fit-for-purpose Testing of complex integrations and relevant in-house and 3rd party systems
- Building and developing an automated regression QA capability
- Continuous improvement of Testing and QA ways of working across the department
Key Skills:
- Experienced Test Manager, QA Manager, Test Lead or QA Lead responsible for building complex Test Strategies on greenfield projects
- Innovator with a willingness to challenge the status quo and improve the Testing and QA landscape
- Strong people leader with excellent stakeholder communication skills

As Test Manager you’ll be responsible for shaping, creating and delivering quality-first Testing strategies and solutions to enable the delivery of successful technology-enabled projects and programmes. This isn’t a BAU or UAT role, this is focused on new exciting transformations and system implementations
The Test Manager will also be responsible for managing a small team
