Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategies across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Lead test case creation aligned to business and functional requirements
- Manage test data collection, preparation, and control
- Oversee the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritisation, and communication
- Ensure test progress reporting via ADO, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate closely with business users, technology teams, and operational stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of testing activities with regulatory, risk, and operational expectations
Key Skills:
- Strong background in capital markets, with exposure to middle and back-office operations
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and FO/BO reconciliation
- Experience working with multiple asset classes: equities, bonds, ETDs, ETFs, swaps
- Hands-on experience leading testing strategy and execution in complex environments
- Proficient with ADO for test planning, execution, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
