* This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP success factors.
* Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts
* Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting
