Summary: The Test Lead for Insurance Transformation will develop and oversee the testing strategy for complex transformation programs within the insurance sector. This role involves managing various testing phases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position is based in Liverpool, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead overall test strategy, planning, and execution across complex transformation programme releases.
• Manage SIT, UAT, OAT, regression testing, and data validation across policy, claims, and financial platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Data Governance, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders to ensure aligned test coverage.
• Oversee testing aligned to IFRS17, financial reporting, and regulatory programme requirements.
• Ensure adherence to non-functional requirements including performance, financial controls, and operational assurance.
• Support go-live readiness through cutover planning, release coordination, and post-implementation validation.
