The Role
You'll establish the quality gates, validation strategies and compliance evidence required to demonstrate that separated technology estates are fully functional, secure and ready to operate independently.
You'll provide the assurance and evidence required for senior stakeholders to confidently sign off the technology separation and TSA exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement testing and validation strategies across separated technology estates
- Establish quality gates, acceptance criteria and TSA exit requirements
- Coordinate testing, validation and evidence gathering across multiple technology workstreams
- Ensure platforms meet required operational, security and compliance standards
- Build and maintain evidence packs to support senior stakeholder sign-off
- Identify risks, gaps and dependencies that could prevent separation or TSA exit
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, technology and programme teams
- Provide clear testing, readiness and assurance reporting to senior stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience working on technology separation programmes is essential
- Strong background in test leadership, technology assurance, validation or operational readiness
- Experience working on TSA exits, M&A integrations, carve-outs or divestments
- Comfortable establishing quality gates and challenging whether technology estates are genuinely ready to transition
- Experience coordinating complex testing and assurance activity across multiple technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear assurance to senior leadership
- Experience within large, complex enterprise environments
