Summary: The Test Lead contractor will join a London Market Insurer to enhance the efficiency of their underwriting platform through effective test strategy leadership. The role involves managing a team of testers and overseeing the implementation of automation processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of functional testers to ensure the successful implementation of the testing strategy.
- Oversee the execution of test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Test Lead.
- London Market/Lloyd's Market experience is required.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft.net testing environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
