Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java
  • Build and execute functional, integration, and regression tests
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to embed quality-first practices
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing strategies
  • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
  • Support test planning, reporting, and quality metrics
  • Ensure testing aligns with public sector standards, governance, and compliance requirements

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Test Engineer/QA Engineer
  • Solid programming skills in Java
  • Demonstrable experience working on public sector/government projects (essential)
  • Experience with test automation tools (eg, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit)
  • Knowledge of API testing (eg, REST, Postman, RestAssured)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Experience working in Agile environments

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions within a government/public sector environment, ensuring systems meet strict standards for reliability, security, and compliance.
