Summary: The Test Engineer role is a 12-month contract position within a global healthcare manufacturing company. The engineer will be responsible for testing materials and prototypes, analyzing results, and communicating findings through reports. The position requires adherence to safety principles and collaboration with various teams to ensure quality and compliance. The role is primarily on-site with specified working hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work safely in line with behavioural safety principles and compliance with PPE requirements.
- Support NTIs by undertaking testing of materials and concepts, developing or following appropriate test methods in collaboration with Project Engineers.
- Analyse, interpret and communicate results in the form of summary test reports.
- Support NPIs by undertaking bench testing of prototype products, developing or following appropriate test methods in collaboration with global NPI teams.
- Write protocols, work instructions, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments regarding test results.
- Learn departmental processes, procedures, and equipment and apply this learning consistently.

- Strong team player and able to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
