Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of automated test suites from Selenium to Playwright.
- Design, develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end test frameworks.

- Execute functional, regression and integration testing across multiple environments.
- Analyse test results, identify defects and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into deployment processes.
- Promote testing best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the engineering function.
Key Skills:
- Strong commercial experience as a Test Engineer, QA Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
- Proven experience with both Selenium and Playwright, including migrating test frameworks between the two.
- Strong experience writing automated UI and end-to-end tests.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
- Experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar).
- Experience using Git and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, automation frameworks and quality engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Previous NHS or Central Government experience is essential.
