Test Director

Summary: The Test Director role is a 5-month fixed-term contract based in London, UK, requiring hands-on experience with Unit4 Financials and a strong background in various testing methodologies. The position demands proficiency in SQL, familiarity with ETL tools, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments being preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with Unit4 Financials (Coda) modules and knowledge of Cognos, TM1, and SQL for data validation.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and nonfunctional testing using test management tools.
• Understand accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and solve problems efficiently.
• Work in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments; ISTQB certification preferred.
• Utilize knowledge of Unit4 ERP systems, including the Coda platform, for financial management and reporting.
• Identify and isolate defects quickly and efficiently.
• Write and execute test plans and test cases using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and Test Rail.
