- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Solid understanding of data-driven testing and test frameworks
- Experience working within Higher Education/Education
- Exposure to Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Understanding of student journey processes (application - enrolment - graduation)
- Experience with Education Cloud or similar CRM-based student systems
