Test Automation Manager - Financial Services - Dublin based

Summary: The role of Test Manager is critical for a financial services client focused on implementing a new corporate and commercial lending platform. The position requires extensive experience in the banking sector and managing large testing teams, as well as coordinating complex integration testing and user acceptance testing. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large testing teams between 10 and 20 resources.
• Oversee large transformation programs related to Corporate Loans or Loans in general.
• Plan and organize large scale integration testing involving 15+ upstream and downstream systems.
• Host and plan large UAT sessions, ensuring business sign-off before go-live.
• Create test strategy, test approach, test plan, and test closure report for large projects/programs.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, departments, and teams.
• Manage defect complexities in a cross-department environment.
• Work in a multi-vendor setting to create synergy between different vendors.

Key Skills:
