Summary: The Test Automation Engineer role involves documenting business requirements for AI and automation solutions, ensuring the integrity and quality of these requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams to design solutions, manage testing processes, and create training materials for end-users. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues within the testing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business requirements for AI/automation solutions.
- Understand and challenge the needs of testing teams to ensure integrity and quality of requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with TII Engineering teams to co-design solutions and create use cases.
- Road-test engineering solutions in UAT operating environment.
- Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring test solutions are scalable and adaptable in BAU environment.
- Manage changes to team documentation, including SOPs.
- Create training materials for automation solutions and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Oversee all testing processes/SOPs associated with Graphite/FTS projects in EMEA.
- Utilize experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Business Process Testing.
