Korn Ferry are assisting a London market client with their Blueprint 2 programme. This role will be leading the test architect team (of test managers) to write test strategy/approach papers on how they will test specific areas of their platform. Who they need: Background in London market insurance Extensive Test Management experience (ideally within insurance) Need a doer - able to run workshops, obtain the right info from SMEs, etc. NOT someone who just crunches numbers Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to engage with stakeholder at all levels Experience with fixing and turning around programmes Able to take direction from leadership and push in that direction - people who are obstructive and want to constantly do things their way will not be the right fit
