Summary: The Telecoms Test & Commissioning Engineer role involves supporting a major rail infrastructure project in Glasgow, focusing on the testing and commissioning of CCTV and Public Address systems. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of day and night shifts. The contract is initially for 3-6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension. Engineers will be expected to operate on active station sites and support station-based testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and commissioning of SISS - CCTV and PA systems
- Experience working with IVEX or similar interface devices (desirable)
- Support station-based testing activities
- Work within a programme with strict delivery milestones and deadlines
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
- Competent engineers comfortable working on active station sites
Key Skills:

Role Overview
Test Engineer required to support a major rail infrastructure project, focusing on CCTV, Public Address (PA) This role will focus on a project which is currently in the middle of test and commissioning joining a team looking for extra support. The work is based in Glasgow across a mix of days and nights
