Summary: The role of Test Analyst focuses on testing Salesforce environments, utilizing tools such as Playwright and API testing frameworks. • Conduct testing in Salesforce environments as a Test Analyst/QA Engineer.
• Utilize Playwright for automation testing.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and REST clients.
• Manage the test life cycle and manual testing processes.
• Collaborate with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Utilize test management tools like Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr.
• Implement data-driven testing and test frameworks.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst/QA Engineer in Salesforce environments.
• Experience in Higher Education.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing (beneficial).
• Experience testing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Solid understanding of manual testing principles and test life cycle management.
• Proven experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
