Test Analyst - Oracle HCM Payroll
Summary: The Test Analyst for Oracle HCM Payroll will be responsible for testing activities related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll in the UK. The role requires strong experience in UK Payroll processes and various testing methodologies. Occasional travel to client locations for workshops and project milestones is expected. The position is for a duration of 12 months and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing activities for Oracle HCM UK Payroll.
- Participate in workshops and key project milestones at client locations.
- Create and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Manage defects and perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
Key Skills:
- 4-8 years of overall testing experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.
- Strong understanding of UK Payroll processes including PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
