Summary: The Test Analyst role focuses on joining an Agile delivery team within the public sector, specifically in data and analytics. The position requires designing and executing tests for data solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery through various testing methodologies. The candidate must possess SC clearance and experience in ETL and Oracle RDS systems. The role is primarily remote with occasional office presence in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer requirements and technical documentation to identify test scenarios.
- Write Test Approach and Test Completion reports.
- Create low-level test plans, test scripts, and prepare test data.
- Execute functional system testing, integration testing, and support end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Apply Risk-Based Testing (RBT) techniques to verify outcomes against expected results.
- Track and report project and product risks, issues, and test progress.
- Communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to high-quality testing documentation.
- Support test automation where applicable (eg, Selenium, Postman).
- Work in Agile delivery teams using Jira and Confluence.
