Test Analyst

Summary: The role of Test Analyst involves supporting clients with HCM UK Payroll testing, requiring a strong background in payroll processes and testing methodologies. The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days of work from the office each week, and may require occasional travel for client workshops and testing activities. The contract duration is 12 months, and the role is classified as inside IR35. The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of overall testing experience, with specific expertise in Client HCM Cloud Payroll (UK).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing for Client HCM UK Payroll.
• Create and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Manage defects and perform regression and UAT testing.
• Understand and apply UK Payroll processes including PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Participate in workshops and key project milestones as required.

Key Skills:

• 4-8 years of overall testing experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Client HCM UK Payroll testing.
• Strong knowledge of Client HCM Cloud Payroll (UK).
• Understanding of UK Payroll processes.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of Client HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.

Salary (Rate): £281 per day
