Test Analyst

Summary: The Test Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE, ensuring the quality and integrity of the solution as the project transitions from the legacy CRM system, Open Engage. This position involves supporting the Test Manager, executing detailed test scripts, and collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the testing phases. The role is essential as the project enters a crucial stage, requiring effective communication and reporting on test progress and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Test Manager in delivering the overall test strategy and plans.
• Design, prepare, and execute detailed test scripts based on business and system requirements.
• Perform functional testing and end-to-end System Integration Testing.
• Assist business users in the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
• Log, track, and retest defects, ensuring transparent communication with the Test Manager and SI.
• Ensure all testing is completed to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on test progress, risks, and issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
