Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Testing team to identify, design, and develop test cases.
- Manage test case traceability and documentation.
- Record test results, raise defect records, and re-test fixes.
- Write and review test plans and test scripts to a high standard.
- Manage testing across teams for business application implementation projects.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, support teams, and suppliers.
- Communicate complex technical processes to diverse stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and new processes in testing.
- Ensure accuracy in test planning and execution.

Key Skills:
- ISTQB advanced certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.

- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven experience as a Tester on large scale projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

About the role
As a Test Analyst you’ll work as part of the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) Testing team and be responsible for collaborating, identifying, designing, and developing associated test cases. You’ll manage our test cases traceability and documentation and record test results, raise defect records and re-test fixes. Working arrangements
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
ISTQB advanced certified, or equivalent, you’ll have knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks. You’ll have familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery practices, as well as proven experience working with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll have knowledge of JIRA / Confluence, as well as previous experience of working as a Tester on large scale projects.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in writing and reviewing test plans and test scripts to a high standard
- Experience of managing testing across teams
- Extensive experience of testing business application implementation projects
- Proven track record of building positive relationships and working with business stakeholders, colleagues, support teams and suppliers
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical processes to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to communicate and implement best practise and new processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to build trust and collaborate across teams
- Good attention to detail skills, ensuring accuracy in test planning and execution
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
