Summary: The HCM Test Analyst role involves understanding processes and requirements to develop test cases and scripts, executing tests, and reporting on progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand processes and requirements to write test cases and test scripts.
- Produce accurate estimates for test cases and test scripts.
- Execute tests and report on progress as required.
- Raise defects with relevant information for effective debugging and root cause analysis.
- Display a good understanding of testing best practices and the development lifecycle.
- Utilize the technical toolset (Azure DevOps) competently.
- Proficiently use MS Word and Excel.
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Demonstrate good organizational and planning skills.
- Test HCM integrations with internal applications and external 3rd party apps via OCI & OIC.
- Have extensive hands-on experience with HCM HR Modules including payroll, workforce scheduling, absence, OTL, Core HR, etc.
