Summary: The Test & Acceptance Manager role is focused on overseeing the end-to-end assurance and acceptance of complex capabilities within a highly secure environment. The position requires a strong background in test management and capability assurance, with responsibilities that include leading assurance activities and managing testing across multiple teams. The role is based in Hampshire and requires active UK DV clearance. The position is urgent and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the Test & Acceptance strategy across a large-scale, complex programme.
- Lead capability assurance and acceptance activities, ensuring solutions are operationally ready and meet customer requirements.
- Manage testing and acceptance across multiple delivery teams and workstreams.
- Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, software, systems integration, security, and operational stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria, readiness reviews, governance processes, and acceptance evidence.
- Provide clear reporting on quality, risk, readiness, and acceptance status.
Key Skills:
- Active UK DV Clearance.
- Strong background in Test Management, Acceptance Management, or Capability Assurance.
- Experience delivering large-scale programmes involving multiple teams and complex dependencies.
- Proven delivery across Infrastructure, Systems, and Software environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience.
