Summary: The Temporary Works Coordinator at Explore Manufacturing will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of temporary works processes across operations. This role involves leading inspections, maintaining registers, and engaging with site teams to drive excellence in safety and coordination. The TWC will have the authority to pause operations if safety procedures are not adhered to, influencing various operational aspects. The position is integral to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the safe and effective implementation of temporary works across operations.
• Ensure compliance with temporary works procedures and safety standards.
• Support and engage with site teams in managing inspections and maintaining temporary works registers.
• Conduct assurance activities and influence crane operations, equipment inspections, and incident investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on temporary works processes.

Key Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in coordinating Temporary Works.
• Understanding of Temporary Works procedures, risk assessments, and permits.
• Holds IOSH Managing Safely Level 3 and TWC training.
• Confident communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Competence in MS Office and ideally CAD.
