Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries with accuracy and foresight

- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Supporting the organisation of team events and assisting with presentation preparation and updates

Acting as a trusted right hand, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while helping to build strong relationships across the firm. Sitting within the same division as the Global CEO and CFO, this role offers rare exposure at the highest level of the business. You will be an Assistant with a minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience, ideally within investment management or professional services. A bonus if you have been an assistant based in the HR division.
