Hours: 9.30am to 5.30
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the onboarding process for new clients and setting up jobs within CRM systems.
- Conducting KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and supporting regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with internal compliance teams and external stakeholders when required.
- Supporting team meetings and maintaining Work in Progress (WIP) records.
- Managing databases, client contacts and mailing lists.
- Providing diary management and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Booking travel arrangements, including trains, flights and accommodation.
- Organising client events, meetings and hospitality requirements.
- Raising invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Processing expense claims and supporting financial administration.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading reports, presentations and client documents.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and maintaining filing systems.
- Undertaking general administrative duties to support the wider team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within the property or related sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML and compliance procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365
