Temporary Salesforce Administrator

The Role

As a Contract Salesforce Administrator you will support the ongoing development and enhancement of a new customer portal helping to deliver new functionality, improve user experience and ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with business requirements.

Working alongside an established Salesforce Administrator, you'll contribute to configuration, testing, workflow automation, reporting and release activities while bringing your own ideas and best practice recommendations to the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and configuration of a client-facing Salesforce Experience Cloud portal
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Create and enhance workflows, automations, and user journeys
• Assist with testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities
• Improve reporting, dashboards, and platform visibility
• Help optimise the user experience across the customer portal
• Contribute to release management and user acceptance testing processes
• Share recommendations and best practices to support ongoing platform development

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Experience supporting customer-facing SaaS platforms or portals
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and data structures
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
• Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) and release management processes
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
