Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging all calendar invites, ensuring invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars
- Updating the internal scheduling system
- Managing last minute changes
- Suggesting flights, booking hotels, transfers, catering and arranging visas
- Preparation of investor profiles and printing presentations
- Handling expenses
