Temporary Regulatory Paralegal Our US law firm client is looking to hire a temporary Regulatory Paralegal to assist the team for an initial 6-week assignment to assist their Regulatory Consultant for an urgent project:    Equivalent salary of 50,000 ( 27.48 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay) Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Lucrative overtime available Regulatory Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts. Drafting fund related documents. Reviewing subscription agreements for fund investments. Preparing closing bibles. Assisting with the calculation of investment amounts in Excel. Managing the daily flow of files and documents from clients whilst proofreading documents. Regulatory Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements: 12 months Regulatory / Corporate Paralegal experience from a top City Law Firm Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong mathematical skills due to regular work with numbers in Excel. Enthusiasm for tackling new and unfamiliar tasks or areas of law.
