Summary: The role of Interim Recruitment Coordinator involves supporting a not-for-profit client in East London with the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services until March 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Scheduling and administrative duties, working on a high volume of recruitment roles (30-50).
- Conducting interviews on the phone, online, or as part of a panel.
- Managing candidate communication.
- Supporting compliance with recruitment policies, safeguarding, and right-to-work checks.
- Liaising with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruitment coordinator, ideally within a public sector environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
