Summary: The role of Temporary Payroll Administrator involves overseeing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing payroll processing for salaried and additional employees using the fully integrated IRIS system.
- Reviewing automated payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensuring correct processing of maternity pay, sick pay, tax codes, and statutory payments (SSP).
- Managing attachments of earnings and pension contributions.
- Liaising with local managers to resolve payroll queries and ensure compliance.
Key Skills:
- Strong payroll experience, including pensions and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and patience for handling queries on payslips and policies.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
