Summary: The Temporary Part-Time Finance Officer role at Robertson Bell offers a flexible four-day workweek within a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales ledger invoices and uploading them into the CRM system.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and chasing payments, ensuring excellent customer service for both internal and external contacts.
  • Reconciling ledgers and updating Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable/credit control role.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software and advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, SUM functions, pivot tables).
  • An accounting qualification or a part qualification in AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
