We’re partnering with a well-established financial services firm in Swindon seeking a Client Contact Consultant to support their Client Contact Programme on a temporary basis. The Role You’ll review client feedback and case information, identify potential issues and speak directly with clients and advisers via phone and email. This role blends analysis, investigation and customer interaction, ideal for someone confident managing sensitive conversations in a regulated environment.
