Summary: The Operations Administrator role is a 6-month contract position based in Stockport, aimed at supporting the Service Engineering team of a thriving Engineering business. The ideal candidate should be immediately available and possess strong administrative skills to assist with various tasks, including processing timesheets and booking travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support for the team of Field Service Engineers
- Support the Service Engineers with any administrative tasks as required
- Process Engineers' timesheets & expenses
- Maintain records on holidays, leave & absence
- Book global travel arrangements for the Engineers
- Maintain training and certification records
- Organise / book training courses as required
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to forge good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous SAP experience and/or experience booking global travel would be a real advantage, but not essential
