We foster employees to represent these values in all aspects of their work.Position Overview:The Marketing Associate is a temporary role to support our busy Digital + Marketing Manager and the regional sales teams in delivering the monthly campaigns, events, and PR initiative. The role will regularly communicate with the Digital + Marketing Manager establishing the executional priorities and ensuring campaigns are delivered on-time and to a high standard in all aspects. The Marketing Associate will particularly focus on the visual merchandising and eventing aspects of the campaigns, supporting sales teams in the delivery of launches and campaigns, ensuring the execution is on-brand and to plan. The role will also support the relationships with Pure PR and other digital and marketing agencies and partners across the territory.Position Requirements:This role will be based in the London corporate office and may be required to travel to our stores and wholesale partners in the UK. The role will involve:Campaigns + New Product LaunchesFollow the local marketing calendar to support the Digital + Marketing Manager in the execution of the plan for the local markets (stores, department stores + wholesale partners), ensuring the content is suitable, relevant and compelling, meeting local objectives. Fulfillment of local sampling + promotional mechanisms ensuring teams have allocated resources and working with the operations team to ensure these are ordered on time and in-full. Supporting the Digital + Marketing Manager in executing the global marketing guidelines for the local markets and creating local launch decks. For each campaign, there is summary pack kicking off the process for the sales + export team, and the PR agencies, approximately 6-9 months in advance. Followed by a campaign pack 3-6 months in advance, and a VM deck 1-2 months in advance. Supporting the distributor network to follow the campaign plan + to provide these important partners with the marketing tools needed to ensure high standards of implementation. Liaison with the creative team + local artworker will be required throughout the process to ensure the graphics and assets are produced to the local dimensions and are sent to the printer. Supporting the sales teams with reporting to support and review any campaign, including KPIs set for each launchMarketing + PRFollow the PR calendar, supporting the PR team in facilitating the PR plan by providing materials, releases and samplesWorking with the sales teams to help them foster close working relationships with all department store digital and marketing teams by supplying campaign materials/events/activities to their unique calendars. Working with external partners for cross promotions and events, and organizing a programme of activities to support our UK marketing calendar. Working cross-functionally with the free-standing store teams on events and animations where necessary. Digital + Social MediaWorking with Pure PR and other agencies on the implementation of local organic influencer out-reach, cultivating a network of brand fans and monitoring organic content + reach. Supporting any pay-to-play partnerships for strategic launches / markets. Working with the global digital team, implementing and monitoring the performance of CRM initiativesCustomer Service + Corporate Office SupportAssist the Retail Manager with the delivery and execution of new store locations and pop-upsProvide support to the Customer Service Coordinator during peak periods and annual leave, ensuring exceptional customer service via telephone and email, addressing product inquiries and order issuesSupport the General Manager in general office management functions from time to time and team eventsExperience and Skills:Retail sales experience in luxury/beauty store environmentsDemonstrable organizational skills + problem-solving abilityStrong computer knowledge and skills, including a high level of proficiency in PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environmentSupervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
