Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
  • Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review
  • Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation
  • Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
  • Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process

Key Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in International Arbitration
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Experience of supporting filings and hearings and the ability to work with some degree of autonomy
  • Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)

Temporary Arbitration Paralegal Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Temporary Arbitration Paralegal to join their London office on an initial 3-month assignment.
