Summary: The role of Temporary Administrator/Receptionist involves providing essential administrative support in a residential nursing home in West Leeds, focusing on delivering exceptional care to elderly residents. The position requires a friendly and dynamic individual who can manage inquiries, maintain records, and support recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. A valid Adult DBS on the Updated Service is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and residents with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls and managing inquiries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and managing correspondence
- Supporting the administrative team with various tasks as needed
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and inviting
- Supporting recruitment duties e.g. sending off DBS', referencing and conducting right-to-work checks
