Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming payments from both private clients and local authorities, navigating varied processes and schedules.
- Actively follow up on outstanding payments through regular communication with business managers.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate allocation of contributions and provide clear, sensitive financial explanations to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Have solid experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Possess a good understanding of nominal ledgers and reconciliation (AAT study or equivalent is an advantage).
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, this role provides a chance to contribute to an organisation where faith is woven into daily life – including group prayer sessions.
This hybrid position allows you to work remotely, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays spent in the organisation’s welcoming Southeast London office.
