Temporary Financial Accountant Job near Exeter, Devon Hybrid working
We are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to support a busy finance team through year-end and audit on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible until the end of December. This hands-on role will focus on preparing statutory accounts and acting as the key liaison with external auditors.
Key responsibilities:
- Year-end statutory accounts preparation
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Respond to auditor queries and information requests
About you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong experience in year-end accounts preparation
- Proven track record of managing external audits
- Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Immediately available
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant looking for a short term assignment within a supportive and collaborative finance team.
