Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to deliver accurate monthly management accounts
  • Partner with budget holders, providing guidance and support across budgeting and cost management
  • Assist in setting and preparing annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
  • Support the production of draft accounts and other year-end documentation

Key Skills:

  • Immediately available to start a temporary role in December
  • Able to work hybrid, attending the office 2–3 days per week
  • Previous experience in the charity, not-for-profit, or housing association sector, ideally with exposure to management accounts and budgeting

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a respected charity / not-for-profit organisation currently entering its year-end budgeting cycle. We are seeking an experienced Accountant with charity or non-for-profit sector experience to support the Finance Manager in preparing the annual budget and producing accurate, timely management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
