Key Responsibilities:

  • Book training rooms across sites as per training schedule
  • Manage course participants lists
  • Send invitations to course participants
  • Provide support to arrange and manage meeting invites for UAT sessions, including logistics for meeting rooms
  • Support during UAT test environment access verification by UAT Business Users, collating issues reported by users and liaising with the project team for resolution
  • Arrange UAT test execution progress reports and defect dashboards
