We’re looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our Scheduling Team on a temporary fixed term contract for 6 months at Royal Primary Care based at our Clay Cross site. 37.5 hours per week Ensure rotas are maintained and covered and any shortfalls are escalated as appropriate. Daily monitoring of the staff sick line and too ensure daily monitoring of staff sickness, annual leave is recorded and shared with appropriate staff to ensure rota cover is maintained. Booking of locum cover as appropriate and dealing with outside agencies to facilitate this. Ensure spreadsheets are maintained and up to date. Ensure rotas are up to date and available. Update SystmOne clinical rotas and to ensure these are managed effectively. To ensure SystmOne clinical appointment system is maintained, updated, and monitored to ensure effective use of clinical appointment slots. Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Practice including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team.
