Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a temp multi-sector desk, achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Develop client base; source new business, follow up leads, and develop existing business relationships.
  • Carry out sales activities including cold calling, attending client meetings, and networking events.
  • Match and fill client bookings ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate.
  • Ensure service excellence to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Full UK driving licence required for client visits when safe to do so in line with COVID guidelines.
