Summary: The role of Temp KYC / Client Onboarding Analyst requires a minimum of one year of KYC experience and involves assisting with client onboarding and documentation duties in a broker environment. The successful candidate will perform relevant checks, escalate complex issues, and maintain registers while working closely with a small team. Key Responsibilities:
- Performing all relevant checks during the client onboarding stage and on an ongoing basis for existing clients.
- Escalating complex KYC/Onboarding issues and cases to the KYC Manager.
- Assisting with the maintenance of PEPs & Sanctions Registers.
- Conducting client onboarding process monitoring as required.
Key Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in KYC / Client Onboarding.
- Detailed knowledge of Client Onboarding and KYC processes.
- Strong teamwork and a proactive "can do" attitude.

Our client, a well-established broker, is looking to appoint a temporary KYC & Client Onboarding Analyst who will assist with daily client onboarding requirements and documentation duties. As part of a small collegiate team, you will report to the MLRO and responsibilities will include;
- Performing all relevant checks on at the client on-boarding stage as well as on a regular ongoing basis for all existing clients.
- Escalating complex KYC/Onboarding issues and cases to the KYC Manager
- Assisting with the maintenance PEPs & Sanctions Registers
- Assist with conducting client onboarding process monitoring as required
You must have gained at least 1 year in KYC / Client Onboarding ideally with a high volume new client business. While a detailed knowledge of Client Onboarding and KYC s is required as important will be your “can do attitude” and willingness to go above and beyond supporting your colleagues in small eclectic and fun team.
NB The business believes that they grow, operate and serve their clients best by working together 5 days per week in the office. Must be available to interview and ideally start this week.
