Summary: The role of a temporary Buyer at a well-established FMCG company involves managing procurement processes for packaging, products, and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop supplier relationships and ongoing negotiations
• Raising, placing and tracking purchase orders
• Extensive monitoring of stock levels, order progressions and usage to ensure material is available when required
• Purchasing packaging/ingredients
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
• Other projects and such tasks as and when required

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in the FMCG industry
• CIPS qualification (desirable not essential)
• Strong Excel skills
• An excellent communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
