Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads and grow the existing small-to-medium business customer base.
  • Support and expand the business of a selected range of dealers, building strong relationships and raising awareness of the company’s portfolio of services.
  • Plan and execute sales webinars, nurturing and upselling to the customer base.
  • Conduct online sales demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value of the company’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless and first-class customer experience.
  • Work closely with field-based sales and internal teams to generate new business opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in online sales or account management experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with dealers, customers, and internal teams effectively.

Umbrella Rate: £23.24/hr, increasing to £29.36/hr after 12 weeks (inside IR35)
