Telecommunications BSS Architect

Summary: The Telecommunications BSS Architect role involves designing and supporting BSS solutions in the telecommunications sector, focusing on billing, order management, product catalog, and CPQ functions. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to implement scalable solutions and support integrations with multiple platforms. The contract is for six months, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring two days a week in London. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support Telecom BSS solutions across billing, order management, product catalogue, and CPQ functions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define and implement scalable BSS solutions.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, Zuora, Celfocus, Oracle BRM, and other OSS/BSS platforms.
• Produce solution designs, functional documentation, and integration mappings aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in telecom transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of BSS enhancements and system improvements.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience within Telecom BSS architecture, including CPQ, Product Catalogue, Order Management, and Billing domains.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Zuora, Celfocus, Salesforce, Oracle BRM, Conga, and Siebel.
• Good understanding of EAI / system integrations, APIs, and interfacing between OSS/BSS platforms.
• Experience working within telecom transformation or digital migration programmes in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across business, architecture, and delivery teams.

Salary (Rate): £50.00/hr
