Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery across multiple project streams including:
    • Non-Microsoft Dynamics initiatives
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM customisation projects
    • Software delivery (digital platforms such as websites and coverage checkers)
    • Middleware and integration projects
  • Coordinate dependencies between application delivery and wider infrastructure programme milestones
  • Drive execution, tracking progress against timelines, scope, and budget
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues across workstreams
  • Support CRM enhancements and customisation initiatives aligned to business requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership, including CTO-level stakeholders
  • Ensure strong governance, documentation, and tool alignment (including Azure DevOps)

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the telecommunications industry (essential)
  • Strong understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) environments (preferred over OSS)
  • Experience delivering CRM-related projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with digital delivery projects (web platforms, customer tools, etc.)
  • Experience managing middleware or integration-focused initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of delivery tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting senior executives (e.g., CTO)
  • Excellent risk management, planning, and delivery tracking capabilities

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite, typically 4 days)


Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to support a large-scale systems refresh programme currently ~65% through delivery. This role will focus on driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader infrastructure milestones and delivery timelines.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional technical teams, acting as a key delivery lead across Business Support Systems (BSS), CRM, and digital platforms.
